Bring me
the problem.
You do not need everything organized. You do not need a complete plan. You do not need to know exactly what type of help you need. Start with the problem.
What happens next.
- 01
First, I listen.
I need to understand the full situation, not just the first version of the problem. That means looking at what happened, what has already been tried, who is involved, what is at risk, and what outcome is actually wanted.
- 02
Then, I separate facts from assumptions.
People often make decisions based on information that has never been verified. I identify what is known, what is believed, and what still needs to be confirmed.
- 03
Next, I find the real problem.
The visible issue is often only a symptom. A sales problem may actually be a pricing problem. A staff problem may actually be a leadership problem. A cash problem may actually be a margin problem. A growth problem may actually be a capacity problem.
- 04
Then, I compare the options.
Every option has a cost, a benefit, and a risk. I help make those trade-offs clear.
- 05
Finally, I build the plan.
What needs to happen. Who is responsible. What information is needed. What it will cost. What risks must be managed. What should happen first. How progress will be measured. Advice is not useful until it can be acted on.
Bring the problem. Leave with clarity.
Direct advice. Practical solutions. A clear plan forward.
